St. George Baller Single Malt is a distinct American single malt whiskey inspired by Japanese whisky traditions, crafted in California. Crisp, dry, and subtly smoky, Baller features flavors of tropical fruit, malt sweetness, and a lingering finish, making it bold, unique, and well-suited for mixing or sipping neat.
Baller Single Malt Whiskey is produced entirely from American barley—mainly two-row pale malt, with the rest lightly roasted—distilled in eau de vie pot stills. The whiskey spends 3–4 years maturing in used bourbon and French oak wine casks, after which it’s filtered through maple charcoal and finished in casks that previously held house-made umeshu (a Japanese-style plum liqueur made from California-grown ume fruit).
