This non-chill filtered whiskey is bottled at a robust 45% ABV, offering a rich, creamy mouthfeel and a refined balance of flavors. The nose welcomes with inviting aromas of honey, delicate pear, and soft vanilla, leading to a palate layered with sweet notes of spun sugar, caramel, spiced orchard fruits, and a gentle trace of woody vanilla.
