Don Julio Añejo Tequila represents the artistry of aged tequila, crafted exclusively from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. After traditional slow roasting in brick ovens and double distillation, it is matured for eighteen months in smaller batches within American white oak barrels, gaining its light amber hue and distinctive depth.
